Welcome to the Central Indiana System Point of Entry (SPOE).  The SPOE is the central point of contact for families, First Steps providers, medical offices and other community partners and referral sources.  The SPOE receives referrals and provides initial and ongoing service coordination for families.  The SPOE is also responsible for keeping records for all children referred, as well as generating provider payment authorizations.  The Central Indiana SPOE is committed to working with First Steps providers and community partners to serve the needs of children and families.  Please feel free to contact us anytime with any questions or concerns.   Click on the links below to find specific SPOE information for families, providers, ED Teams and community partners.
