At First Steps, we care what parents think. Our goal is to provide the highest quality early intervention services possible for your child and your family. That starts with good communication between parents, providers and the Local Planning and Coordinating Council (LPCC). We want to know your thoughts and concerns.

Complaint/Concern Procedure - Please familiarize yourself with this procedure. This document shows the difference between a complaint and a concern, how to file a complaint or concern, as well as the process taken once a complaint or concern has been filed.
Complaint/Concern Form – This form is available if you have a concern that you feel impedes a child from receiving exceptional service or hinders the progress of First Steps initiatives.
Local Planning and Coordinating Council (LPCC) – We are always looking for parents to serve on the Cluster G LPCC. Input from parents keeps our program strong and targeted to the needs of our parents and their children. Please consider volunteering your time to this very important cause. Child care stipends are available.
